- Calendar and Payment Solution
Performed gap analysis to provide solutions for a personal trainer who had clients moving appointments around before paying for them. TTS researched the issue, presented multiple solutions, and the client chose their best option. - Fixing Website Bugs
TTS helped solve technical issues for a local store specializing in cat toys. TTS fixed the technical issues in the website, like the email address not appearing. TTS researched the issue, found a solution, and the client was very satisfied with the results. Sales improved.
- Shiatsu School of Cork
TTS met with the staff of The European Shiatsu School of Cork and gathered business requirements needed for website updates. TTS created website changes and implemented them.
- POS System
TTS met with Ramsey County Vail Communities. Vail helps people dealing with mental illness. TTS helped discover the needed requirements for the POS system needed for the snack bar. TTS created system documentation and improved the system design. - DBT Diary Card App
As part of Tom's graduate studies, he's creating a DBT diary card to help improve mental health. His research centeres on the the use of participatory design the in the creation of apps.
